A patient who suffers from blood clots goes to the operation theatre to pick up medicine. The door closes automatically behind him, trapping him inside the room. He enters the room at night. He has to pick up the medicines, and also escape from the room with the help of the clues found here. Everything in this room happens according to the time schedules given. If you want something to happen, then you have to set the time for it in the clock.

1) Switch on the 3rd switch on the first panel.
2) G o to books table.
Take the index page from the ‘Forbidden Medicine’.
Keep this in the inventory.
3) See the 3rd page of the ‘Medicine & Compassion’.
Use the medicine name which is the anti blood clotting medicine’s name.
4) Take surgical blade from surgical instruments, next to the sterilization machine.
Place it in inventory.
5) Open cupboard and take surgical scissors.
Place it in inventory.
6) Take the index page and place it on bed.
The light from the surgical lamp falls on it.
The two numbers 61 and 83 are highlighted.
Use these digits to open the medicine box.
Take the syringe and add it to the inventory.
7) Open the draw of the books table.
Use the surgical blade to cut open the false bottom.
Take the torch seen here and place it in inventory.
8) See the oxygen cylinder’s pressure, it is at 500.
Switch on the oxygen cylinder.
The pressure will rise to 2500.
9) Switch on the refrigerator.
Use these two numbers 500 and 2500 on the numbers lock of the refrigerator.
The left door will open.
Take the anti blood clotting medicine from here.
Place this in the inventory.
10) See the number on the ECG machine.
It will be 100.
Switch off the machine, and switch it on again.
The number 1000 will be seen now.
Use the numbers 100 and 1000 on the refrigerator to open the right hand door.
11) Take the test timings sheet and place it in inventory.
12) Adjust the wall clock timing according to the sterilization time, which is 6 am, which is the time when the sterilization machine would have sterilized the needle.
13) Click on the sterilization machine.
Pick up the needle and place it in inventory.
14) Attach the needle to the syringe in the inventory.
15) Cut the tip of the medicine container with the scissors.
Fill the syringe with the medicine.
Place the syringe in the inventory again.
16) Adjust the clock timing according to the stool test time which is 8 ‘O’ clock, as this is the time when the exit door opens in the morning, on the condition that all the other instruments in the room are switched off.
Take the battery of the clock, place it in inventory.
17) Put the battery in the torch.
18) Switch off all the switches that you operated in the game, as at 8 am in the morning, lights are not required.
19) The entire room becomes dark because it is still night.
20) Flash the torch on the red knob next to the exit door.
21) The exit door will open, and you can escape.
