Each player starts with a different colored set of marbles placed into a point of the star. The idea of the game is to manipulate your marbles across the board to occupy the star point directly opposite. The player getting all marbles across first wins.

A player can move or jump in any direction as long as they follow the lines. As in checkers, move only one hole or jump only one marble. Successive jumps are permissible wherever they can be made in any direction.
